El Sol's Worker’s Council

Each month, members of the Worker’s Council meet as a committee to discuss and give feedback as to how the center operates. The members of the committee and their ideas are central to the success of the center. Some of the duties of the committee include proposals to have monitors patrol outside the center to ensure employers come into the center to hire workers. The committee also gives feedback on how things can improve at El Sol..
